shipping. Sure, with the caveat that Anne Bonny is the most important person in his universe and will always come first over any relationship, romantic or otherwise. M/F, M/M and M/* all good. The latter might take a bit of explanation first (he's from the 1700s, okay), but honestly he has pretty modern ideals. He kind of invented polyamory, after all. For canon ships, favs are Anne and Charles; yes to Max, Flint, Silver, Rogers; maybe to Eleanor, Teach. Let's just throw things at the wall and see what sticks.

fighting and injuring. Always up for this – Jack carries a sabre and knows how to use it pretty well, but his arena isn't specifically fighting and he can definitely be outmatched. I am always always up for him getting injured pathetically.

killing. Please don't kill my scrunkly.

mindreading. Sure! Let's talk OOC first, but in general his mind is pretty active; he's always planning, plotting, and Noticing Things™.

backtagging. Always – I function by backtagging, so I totally understand if things get picked up and dropped here and there. I'm also happy to handwave stuff that drags on for too long.

threadhopping. Sure! If it's (non-private) texting conversations, it's always fine, but I'd prefer if you asked first if it was a log thread.

fourthwalling. Jack is a heavily fictionalised version of a real-life pirate, so I'm happy for folks to recognise him by name and know of some of his deeds. I'd be tentatively open to other kinds of fourthwalling (e.g. 'you're a fictional character' stuff), but would like to plot this out first.
